摘要
目的了解苏州市医疗机构的消毒状况,为有效预防和控制院内感染提供依据。方法采用现场采样和检测的方法,对苏州市310所各级医疗机构进行消毒效果监测。结果 2015-2017年间共采样18 067件,合格17 216件,合格率为95. 29%。不同监测项目中,中低度危险性器材合格率最高,医院污水合格率最低。二级医疗机构监测项目总合格率最高,一级及以下医疗机构总合格率最低。二级医疗机构在不同年份间的合格率差异有统计学意义,呈逐年上升趋势。结论苏州市一级及以下医疗机构总体消毒水平有待提高,是今后消毒监测的重点。同时应加强医院污水、医护人员手、消毒后内镜消毒工作的落实。
Objective To learn the disinfction status of medical institutions in Suzhou,provide basis for hospital disinfection prevention and control.Methods Spot sampling and detection were used to detect the disinfection effect of 310 medical institutions in Suzhou.Results 18 067 samples were investigated from 2015 to 2017,and 17 216 were qualified with the ratio of 95.29%.Among the different types of monitoring items,low to moderate risk medical device had the highest qualification rate,while the hospital sewage displayed the lowest qualification rate.The secondary hospitals had the highest qualification rate and primary hospitals had the lowest qualification rate.The qualification rate of secondary hospitals was statistical difference between years,which was on rise year by year.Conclusion The disinfection status of primary hospitals in Suzhou needs to be improved,which is the focus of disinfection monitoring in the future.At the same time,the implementation of disinfection of hospital sewage,hands of medical staff and disinfected endoscopes should be strengthened.
