摘要
"全球增长共赢链"突破了以往关于经济全球化红利创造和分配等方面的传统认知,揭示了全球要素分工条件下经济全球化红利创造本质在于"全球产出联动增长"的深刻内涵,即利益内涵更加反映在产出增长层面、利益关系真正具有全球性意义、利益创造更强调共生共存、利益大小更具变和特征、利益分配更加具有"互利共赢"的内生需求。出现上述变化的根本原因,在于生产力发展和科技进步推动了国际分工发生了深刻变化。因此,打造"全球增长共赢链"不仅是顺应新阶段经济全球化发展的需要,也是做大世界经济蛋糕的必然选择,更是有效化解以往全球化进程积累的各种问题和矛盾的有效举措。
The global growth and win-win chain has broken through the traditional understanding of the creation and distribution of economic globalization dividends, revealing that the essence of economic globalization dividend creation under the global factor division of labor lies in the profound connotation of 'global output linkage growth'. That is to say, the interest connotation is more reflected in the output growth level, the interest relationship is truly global, the interest creation is more symbiotic coexistence and change,and the interest distribution is more endogenous and demanding. The root cause of the above changes is that productivity development and scientific and technological progress have promoted profound changes in the international division of labor. Therefore, building a 'global growth and win-win chain' is not only the need to adapt to the globalization of the new stage of economic globalization, but also an inevitable choice for making the world economic cake bigger, and an effective measure to effectively resolve various problems and contradictions accumulated in the past globalization process.
