摘要
目的识别钾碱装置的职业病危害因素,确定该装置职业病危害的关键控制点和关键控制措施。方法采用职业危害现场调查、系统工程分析、现场检测、实验室分析等方法进行综合分析与评价。结果该装置存在的主要职业病危害因素为氯气、硫酸、氯化氢、其他粉尘、噪声。检测结果表明,工作人员接触粉尘、氯气、氯化氢、硫酸的浓度<50%OELs,接触噪声8 h等效声级<80 dB(A)。结论该装置采取的防毒、防噪声等设施设置合理有效,应重点加强设备、防护设施的日常管理和维护以及职业健康监护工作,确保工人的健康。
Objective To identificate of occupational disease hazard factors in potash plant and identificate of key control points and measures of occupational disease hazard in the plant.Methods Comprehensive analysis and evaluation were performed by the field investigational hazards,system engineering analysis,field detection and laboratory analysis.Results The main occupational hazards in the operation process of potash unit were chlorine,sulphuric acid,hydrogen chloride,other dust,noise.Staff exposure to dust,chlorine,hydrogen chloride,sulfuric acid concentrations were less than 50%OELs,contact noise 8 h equivalent sound level was less than 80 dB(A).Conclusion The device takes effective protective measures about toxicants and noise,and it’s suggested to enhance occupational health surveillance and prorection facilities management to assure the worker’s health.
