摘要
目的分析过敏性皮肤病患者的血清特异性IgE(sIgE)检测结果及过敏原分布情况,为过敏性皮肤病的诊断、治疗及预防提供指导。方法 2011年5月至2012年5月采用IVT708和IVT709血清sIgE检测试剂盒,对来韶关市武江区粤北人民医院诊治的859例过敏性皮肤病患者进行食入性和吸入性过敏原血清sIgE检测,并分析过敏原分布情况。结果 859例过敏性皮肤病患者中,sIgE阳性检出率为97.9%,阴性占2.1%。女性血清sIgE阳性检出率为99.1%,男性为96.8%;未成年人群阳性检出率为99.8%,成年人群为96.0%,男女及成年和未成年人群血清sIgE阳性检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食入性血清sIgE阳性检出率为63.0%,吸入性为78.1%,食入性与吸入性过敏原sIgE检出阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸入性过敏原分布前三位为尘螨、粉螨组合,蟑螂、蚊子组合及猫毛、狗毛组合;食入性过敏原分布前三位为牛奶,蟹、虾、龙虾组合及鳕鱼、金枪鱼、扇贝组合等。结论对血清过敏原sIgE检测,可为过敏性皮肤病患者有效提示相关过敏原,为疾病的诊断、治疗及预防提供指导。
Objective To analyze the serum specific IgE in patients with allergic skin disease and the distribution of allergen. Methods Determination of ingestive / inhalant allergen-specific serum IgE was carried out in 859 patients with allergic skin disease in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 by using IVT708 and IVT709 serum sIgE detection kit. The distributions of allergens was performed. Results The positive rate of sIgE was 97. 9% and negative rate was 2. 1%. The positive rate of serum sIgE in female patients was 99. 1% and that in male patients was 96. 8%. The positive rate of serum sIgE in juvenile group was 99. 8% and that in adult group was 96. 0%. There were significant differences between men and women as well as between the adult and juvenile populations( P < 0. 05). The positive rate of ingestive allergen-specific serum sIgE was 63. 0% while that of inhalant allergen-specific sIgE was 78. 1%; the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). The top three inhalant allergens were dust mites / mites,cockroaches / mosquitoes and hair of cat / dog,while the top three ingestive allergens were milk,crab / shrimp / lobster,and cod / tuna / scallop. Conclusion Detection of serum allergen sIgE can reveal the relevant allergens of allergic skin disease and provide guidance for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of disease effectively.
