摘要 在碳纤维表面化学镀镍是改善碳纤维性能的一种有效方法。综述了碳纤维前期处理和化学镀镍的工艺过程,详细叙述了镀镍碳纤维在增强材料、吸波材料和电容器材料方面的性能与应用的发展现状,并总结了镀镍碳纤维今后的发展方向。 Electroless nickel plating on carbon fiber surface is an effective method to improve the properties of carbon fiber.The processes of pretreating and electroless nickel plating on carbon fiber are reviewed.The properties and applications of nickel-plated carbon fiber in reinforcing materials,microwave absorbing materials and capacitor materials are described in detail.Additionally,the future direction of nickel-plated carbon fiber is summarized.
