浙江省天然气市场是典型的多气源天然气市场,巨大的需求和省内天然气资源的不足使得浙江省市场竞争愈加激烈,准确把握市场竞争态势对于企业开展市场竞争意义重大,本文运用波特五力模型从现有竞争者、潜在进入者、购买者、供应商和替代品五方面对浙江省天然气市场竞争态势进行分析,从而准确分析浙江省天然气市场竞争态势,有助于企业制定正确的市场竞争策略和营销策略。
Zhejiang Province is a typical market of multi-gas supply. It has huge demand but lack of resources and this intensified the competition. It is very significant for enterprises to accurately grasp the information of the market competition. This paper uses Porter five models from five aspects of existing competitors,potential entrants,buyers,suppliers,and substitutes to analyze the natural gas market competition situation of Zhejiang Province,as well as the status for natural gas market competition of Zhejiang province. It can help the enterprise set up the correct competition and marketing strategy.
