摘要
在油气工程设计技术发展中,标准化设计是发展趋势。文章介绍了浙江省天然气站场标准化设计的原则、实施手段和优势,较为详细地论述了统一的编码标识体系、统一的建设标准、统一的平面布置与建筑风格、统一的工艺流程、统一的功能模块划分、统一的设备及材料选型等"六个统一"的标准化设计原则,并以在建甬台温天然气输气管道工程为例,展示了用SmartPlant三维集成软件进行站场标准化设计的效果。
Standardizing design is the development trend of petroleum engineering design technology.This paper outlines the principle,implementation means and predominance of the standardizing design for Natural Gas Stations in Zhejiang Province,discusses in some detail the uniform identification coding system,construction criterion,layout and architectural style,process flow,functional module division and selections of equipment and materials.It takes Yong-Tai-Wen natural gas pipeline project,which is in the construction,for example to show the application effect of SmartPlant 3D integrated software in the standardizing design of natural gas stations.
