摘要
探讨IBA不同处理时间对斑兰叶生长及根系发育的影响。以斑兰叶根蘖苗为试验材料,研究IBA5种不同处理时间(0、15min、30min、60min、120min)对斑兰叶干物质质量及根系生长参数的影响。结果表明,不同处理时间对斑兰叶干物质质量和根系生长有显著影响。处理时间为30~60min时,可显著增加斑兰叶的干物质质量,总根长、总表面积、单位土壤体积的总根长、根体积、根数目等根系生长参数和新抽生叶片均高于其他处理,其中以处理60min时效果最为显著。适宜的IBA处理时间可以促进斑兰叶根系生长及干物质质量的增加,过长时间的IBA处理(120min)会抑制斑兰叶的根系生长和干物质累积。在本试验条件下,IBA浓度为20mg/L、浸泡30~60min适宜斑兰叶根蘖苗根系生长。
In order to evaluate the effects of different indoleacetic acid(IBA)soaking time on plant and root growth of pandan,the experiment was conducted with five soaking time of IBA on dry matter and root growth.The five soaking times of IBA received 0,15 min,30 min,60 min and 120 min,respectively.The results showed that with30 min and 60 min soaking times,the dry matter of pandan could be significantly increased,the total root length,total surface area,total root length per unit soil volume,root volume,root number and newly pumped leaves were all higher than other treatments.With 60 min soaking times,IBA significantly promoted root growth and dry matter accumulation of pandan.However,with 120 min soaking times,IBA significantly inhibited root growth and dry matter accumulation of pandan.Therefore,under the conditions of this experimental,the IBA concentration of 20 mg/L with soaking from 30 min to 60 min was suitable for the root growth of pandan.
