摘要
【目的】提高金叶接骨木(Sambucus canadensis‘Aurea’)扦插成活率和生根率,缩短其生根时间和育苗周期.【方法】以金叶接骨木(S.canadensis‘Aurea’)为材料,研究不同质量浓度(50、100mg/L)下3种植物生长调节剂吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和萘乙酸(NAA)在不同处理时间(30、60min)对其扦插生根的影响.【结果】3种植物生长调节剂对金叶接骨木生根影响不同.与CK相比,IAA各处理对金叶接骨木生根无显著影响;IBA100mg/L 30min显著提高了金叶接骨木插穗的根长、生根数;NAA 100mg/L 60min显著提高了金叶接骨木插穗的生根率,根长和生根数虽均高于对照,但差异不显著.【结论】IBA 100mg/L 30min和NAA 100mg/L 60min均可用于金叶接骨木插穗生根.金叶接骨木扦插生根类型80%以上是混合生根型,10%左右为单纯愈伤组织生根型,单纯皮孔生根型不超过3%.
【Objective】To improve the survival rate,the rooting percentage of Sambucus canadensis and to short the rooting time and the seeding period.【Method】S.canadensis was used as material,to research the effects of three plant growth regulators（IAA,IBA and NAA）on cuttings rooting at different concentrations（50mg/L,100mg/L）and treatment times（30min and 60min）.【Result】Three growth regulators had significantly effects on cuttings rooting.Compared with the control,IAA had no positive effects on cuttings rooting.100 mg/L IBA treatments for 30 minutes significantly increased the root number and root length,though no much effects on rooting percentage.100 mg/L NAA treatments for 60 minutes significantly enhanced the rooting percentage and some increased on the root number and root length.【Conclusion】Both 100mg/L IBA treatments for 30 minutes and 100mg/L NAA treatments for 60 minutes could be used to practical production.More than 80%of S.canadensis rooting type was mixed rooting type,about10% pure callus rooting,rooting simple picon did not exceed 3%.
