摘要
通过研究不同部位与长度插穗对珠兰花扦插苗的影响,为珠兰花扦插繁殖提供依据。插穗取材部位分别选取顶部、中部和基部,比较其对扦插苗成活率、主根长、节点气根数、节点根鲜重、节点根干重、皮下气根数、皮下根鲜重、皮下根干重、茎长、茎鲜重、茎干重、叶片数、叶鲜重、叶干重指标的影响;插穗长度分别选取3 cm、6 cm、9 cm、12 cm,比较其对扦插苗成活率、主根长、须根数、根鲜重、根干重、叶片数、叶鲜重、叶干重指标的影响。结果表明:顶部插穗扦插苗生长效果明显优于基部,各指标也大于中部;长插穗(9 cm、12 cm)各指标显著优于短插穗(3 cm、6 cm),而12 cm插穗各指标优于9 cm插穗。综合得出珠兰花枝条顶部长度为12 cm的插穗是繁殖珠兰花扦插苗的最佳选择。
This paper was to study the effect of cuttings of different parts and lengths on cuttings of Chloranthus spicatus, and to provide the basis for cutting propagation of Chloranthus spicatus. Top, middle and base of cuttings were selected respectively to compare the effects on survival rate, main root length, node root number, node root fresh weight, node root dry weight, subcutaneous root count, subcutaneous root fresh weight, subcutaneous root dry weight, stem long, stem fresh weight, stem dry weight, leaf number, leaf fresh weight, leaf dry weight. Effects of cuttings length on survival rate, main root length, root number, root fresh weight, root dry weight, leaf slice fresh weight and leaf dry weight were compared by 3 cm,6 cm,9 cm,12 cm of cuttings length. The results showed that: the growth effect of the top cuttings was better than that of the base, and the traits were higher than that of middle cuttings. And the traits of long cuttings(9 cm,12 cm) was significantly better than that of short cuttings(3 cm,6 cm), while that of 12 cm cuttings was better than that of 9 cm cuttings. A cuttings with a length of 12 cm at the top of the branch is the best choice for propagation of the Chloranthus spicatus.
