摘要
本文梳理了中俄油气合作的发展历程,分析了双方油气合作的性质,阐述了中俄双方在能源安全利益、战略规划、对能源价格的认识、双边与多边关系,以及文化等方面的战略差异,提出双方在战略合作上要取得突破,需要博弈思维和智慧。最后,对中俄在原油贸易、合作领域等方面的前景进行了展望,并提出了合作建议。
This paper analyzed the development process of oil and gas cooperation between China and Russia,analyzed the nature of oil and gas cooperation between the two countries,expounded the strategic differences between China and Russia in energy security concerns,strategic planning,understanding of energy prices,bilateral and multilateral relations and culture.Put forward that to achieve breakthroughs in strategic cooperationthe,two sides need game wisdom.Finally,the prospect of crude oil trade,the field of cooperation between China-Russia is discussed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
