赤水乌骨鸡不同绿壳基因型的蛋品质及胆绿素含量研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高赤水乌骨鸡的生产效益,并完善赤水乌骨鸡蛋品质研究内容,随机选取314只8月龄赤水乌骨鸡母鸡,对其进行SLCO1B3基因检测,将其分为绿壳纯合型、绿壳杂合型、白壳纯合型,并各收集60个鸡蛋,测定其蛋重、蛋壳颜色、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋黄重量等指标,同时测定蛋壳中胆绿素及原卟啉含量。结果表明:在蛋黄颜色和蛋壳指数上,3种基因型无显著性差异(P>0.05),且蛋壳指数均在1.3~1.35之间;在蛋壳强度上,绿壳纯合型显著低于绿壳杂合型及白壳纯合型(P<0.05);在蛋重上,绿壳杂合型显著高于白壳纯合型和绿壳纯合型;在蛋白高度上,绿壳纯合型与白壳纯合型显著高于绿壳杂合型(P<0.05),绿壳纯合型蛋黄重量显著低于绿壳杂合型(P<0.05),且白壳纯合型的蛋黄重量介于两者之间,与另外两种基因型不存在显著差异(P>0.05);在哈氏单位上,绿壳纯合型及白壳纯合型显著高于绿壳杂合型(P<0.05)。在胆绿素及原卟啉含量上,绿壳纯合型蛋壳胆绿素含量显著高于绿壳杂合型蛋壳胆绿素含量及白壳纯合型胆绿素蛋壳含量(P<0.05),绿壳杂合型蛋壳胆绿素含量显著高于白壳纯合型蛋壳胆绿素含量;白壳纯合型蛋壳原卟啉含量显著高于绿壳杂合型蛋壳原卟啉含量及绿壳纯合型原卟啉蛋壳含量(P<0.05),绿壳杂合型蛋壳原卟啉含量显著高于绿壳纯合型蛋壳原卟啉含量。结果提示:绿壳纯合型赤水乌骨鸡的鸡蛋蛋品质优于绿壳杂合型赤水乌骨鸡,市场价值高于白壳纯合型赤水乌骨鸡,绿壳纯合型赤水乌骨鸡具有更高的开发利用价值。 In order to improve the production efficiency and perfect the research content of egg quality of Chishui silky fowl,314 8-month-age Chishui silky hens were chosen as subjects.Firstly,according to the genotyping results of SLCO1 B3,they were divided into three types:green eggshell homozygous,green eggshell heterozygous and white eggshell homozygous.Then,60 eggs of each genotype were collected to determine the egg weight,shell color,egg shape index,shell strength,protein height,yolk color,Haugh value,yolk weight,the content of biliverdin and protoporphyrin in eggshell.Finally,the results were as following:There was no significant difference in eggshell index and the egg yolk color among the 3 genotypes(P>0.05),and eggshell index of them were between 1.3 to 1.35,the eggshell strength of green eggshell homozygous type was significantly lower than that of green eggshell heterozygous type and white eggshell homozygous type(P<0.05),the egg weight of green eggshell heterozygous type was significantly higher than those of white eggshell homozygous type and green eggshell homozygous type(P<0.05),the protein heights of green eggshell homozygous type and white eggshell homozygous type were significantly higher than those of green eggshell heterozygous type(P<0.05),the egg yolk weight of green eggshell homozygous type was significantly lower than that of green eggshell heterozygous type(P<0.05),and the egg yolk weight of white eggshell homozygous type was between the two genotypes and no significant difference between the other two genotypes(P>0.05),the Haugh values of green eggshell homozygous type and white eggshell homozygous type were significantly higher than that of green eggshell heterozygous type(P<0.05).The content of biliverdin and protoporphyrin in eggshell,the content of biliverdin in eggshells of green eggshell homozygous type eggshells were found to be significantly higher than those of green eggshell heterozygous type eggshells and white eggshell homozygous type eggshells(P<0.05),and the green eggshell heterozy
