摘要
海洋平台在长期服役过程中受环境载荷及各种作业的影响,结构可能发生不同种类的损伤,因此进行结构健康监测对保障平台作业安全具有重要的工程意义。该文将声发射技术应用到导管架海洋平台上部组块结构损伤实时监测中,以CEP导管架平台为研究对象,研究适合工程现场的监测方案,提出基于检测数据的结构健康评定方法,通过对比存在不同程度缺陷的救生艇支架验证声发射技术在海洋平台结构健康监测的适用性。研究表明,声发射检测能实现活动性损伤进行定性评价,可对关键承载结构的健康状态进行长期监测。
Affected by the environmental load and kinds of operation,offshore platforms in long-term service will produce various damage,therefore structural health monitoring has important engineering significance to the operation safety of platforms.The paper applies acoustic emission technique to the real time monitoring of structural damage for upper block of jacket platform,studies monitoring scheme suitable to engineering site,and puts forward structure health assessment method based on testing data.It proves the applicability of acoustic emission technique in the offshore platform structure health monitoring by comparing different degrees defects of lifeboat stents.Study shows that the acoustic emission detection can realize qualitative evaluation for active damage,and make long-term monitoring for the health status of key bearing structure.
