摘要
新生代员工的安全行为管理问题一直是企业安全管理的重点,其中心理资本和安全知识对新生代员工的影响十分重要。构造3个有关心理资本、安全知识和安全行为关系的结构方程模型,通过适配度比较,选择最优的模型,并计算路径回归系数进行假设检验。研究发现:心理资本与安全知识对安全行为均存在正向显著影响,且心理资本可以通过安全知识对安全行为产生影响。企业应该重视新生代员工的心理资本和安全知识的提高和培养,采用积极的模式对新生代员工进行安全管理。
New generation employees' safety behavior has been the focus of the enterprise safety management.Psychological capital and safety knowledge is very important for their safety behavior.Three structural equation model of psychological capital,safety knowledge and safety behavior are built by comparing adaptation degree,the optimal modelis is obtained,and the Path regression coefficient and test hypothesis are calculated.The results showed that psychological capital and safety knowledge have positive significant influence on safety behavior,and psychological capital can pass safety knowledge to influence safety behavior.Enterprises should pay more attention to new generation employees' psychological capital and safety knowledge,to explore a positive model for new generation employees for safety management.
