摘要
近年来对于组织弹性的研究成为管理学领域的热点话题。在概括了组织弹性中对于风险的吸收、适应与恢复能力之后,建立了组织绩效弹性模型。同时在此基础上结合复杂网络理论来研究不同沟通模式下的组织内的组织关系网络,为组织领域的弹性定量研究提供了一种新颖而有效的方法,并通过Matlab仿真软件对理论分析进行仿真研究。研究结果表明:在对核心员工具有偏好的组织中,其组织关系网络对于风险具有良好的吸收能力与适应能力,但是其恢复能力与弹性方面则差于无偏好的组织。
In recent years,organizational resilience has been studied ardently in the field of management.After describing the organization in the absorption,adaptation and recovery of ability for risk,the organizational resilience is constructed.Combined with the theory of complex network,the organization network under different communication mode is studied,which provides a new and effective method for elastic quantitative research in the field of organization.Then the research is carried out simulation on the theoretic analysis by Matlab.The research shows that the preference organization has the remarkable capacity of absorbance and adaptation with high efficiency for risk in the low risk,while the non — preference organization has stronger ability to recovery and higher resilience.
