摘要
为研究城镇化迅速发展带来的大量人口聚集对城市公共基础设施所产生的巨大压力问题,分析城镇化进程中城镇居民点的布局特征,采用复杂网络理论提出了网络模型构建方法,通过分析复杂网络的统计性质和社团结构得到管理学上的一些启示。以214个房地产项目为例进行分析,结果表明武汉市中心城区居民点布局特征:(1)具有较强的集中性和节点中心性特征,中心性强的节点呈现聚集分布;(2)具有小世界网络特征;(3)具有明显的社团结构,社团结构分布与地理位置密切相关。最后为武汉市城市规划及基础设施建设提供了若干参考建议。
With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,many people keep moving to cities,which has caused great pressure on urban public infrastructure.In order to solve these problems,it analyzes the layout characteristics of urban settlements in the process of urbanization in our country.It uses the theory of complex networks to propose a method for constructing network models.Some implications for management are obtained by analyzing the statistical properties and community structure of complex networks.Taking 214 real estate projects as example,the results show that the layout characteristics of residential areas in the downtown area of Wuhan are as follows:①with strong centrality and node characteristics,the center of the strong nodes showed aggregation distribution;②with a small world network characteristics;③with a clear community structure,community structure and geographical distribution is closely related.Finally,it provides some suggestions for the urban planning and infrastructure construction in Wuhan.
