摘要
本文研究了一体化闭环供应链应对市场需求和成本双扰动的调整策略。根据不同的扰动条件,给出了相应的调整策略,并通过数值分析证明了文中结论的正确性。通过分析发现,突发事件对一体化闭环供应链造成了很大影响,使得整体利润下降,但是通过采用应对突发事件的调整策略,可以在一定程度上缓减突发事件带来的不良影响,减少对闭环供应链的损失。研究还发现:(1)当市场需求和生产成本同时沿同方向扰动时,两者之间存在着一种相互促进的作用,两者扰动的合力在一定程度上加大对系统的不良影响;当市场需求和生产成本同时发生相反方向扰动时,两者之间存在着一种相互抗衡和制约的作用,两者的合力在一定程度上削弱突发事件对系统的影响。(2)废旧品加工成本的扰动对闭环供应链的影响较小,当废旧品加工成本扰动较小时,废旧品的回收策略可以暂时保持不变。
The adjusted strategy when demand and cost disruptions occurr is studied in this paper.According to different disturbance conditions,the corresponding adjusted strategies are given,and the correctness of conclusions is proved by numerical analysis.The analysis reveals that emergencies have a significant impact on the integrated closed-loop supply chain,and lead to the overall profits of closed-loop supply chain to lower.However,to a certain extent,we can mitigate the adverse effects of emergent event and reduce the loss of closed-loop supply chain through adopting the adjusted strategy.It is also found that:(1) When market demand and production costs occurr disturbances along the same direction at the same time,there is a mutually reinforcing between them and their disturbance force increase the adverse effects to some extent.However,when market demand and production costs occurr disturbances along the opposite direction at the same time,they compete with each other and there is a role of constraints between them.So,their disturbance forces can weak the effects on closed-loop supply chain to some extent.(2) The disturbance of waste products' processing costs have little effect on closed-loop supply chain,and when the processing cost of waste products have small disturbance,the recycling strategy of waste products can temporarily remain unchanged.
