摘要
'博士课程教育引领计划'是日本近年来实施的一项提升博士整体培养质量的系统性方案。该计划旨在培育跨越政产学研领域的高端人才,强调对综合型、复合型、国际型领军人才的培养,构建了面向全过程的以质量为核心的博士生培养机制,增加了博士培养过程的社会参与度,实践了交叉领域人才培育的创新举措,走出一条多元化的博士教育特色之路。该计划的管理思路、创新举措和成功经验对我国的博士人才培养具有一定的启示和借鉴。
'Program for Leading Graduate School'in Japan is a systematic scheme in promoting the quality of doctoral education in recent years.With an emphasis on fostering leaders who can play global roles across the spectrum of the industrial,academic and governmental sectors,the program is believed to be effective in establishing a mechanism of process-oriented and quality-centered doctoral training,increasing social participation in the training process,and practicing the innovative strategy of talent cultivation in cross-field.This program has built a comprehensive mode of doctoral talent training in a diversified way.The ideas of management,innovative initiatives and successful operational practice of this program can provide an inspiration for doctoral education in China.
