摘要
为了解电梯冲顶事故发生的原因,通过对国标中规定的防止冲顶事故发生的相关安全装置的设置及作用条款进行解读,并对电梯发生冲顶事故的情况进行分析。结合事故案例发现电梯轿厢撞击井道顶板的事故与制动器(电梯驱动主机中用于停止电梯的装置,下同)失效有不可分割的关系,得出了制动器失效是造成电梯冲顶事故的直接原因,在日常的维护保养中要加强对制动器的维护与保养,彻底杜绝电梯冲顶事故的发生。
In order to understand the causes of the accident of the ascending elevator car over running,the relevant safety devices and the clauses stipulated in the national standard to prevent the accident of the ascending car over running are interpreted,and the situation of the ascending car over running is analyzed.Combining with the accident case,it is found that there is an inseparable relationship between the accident of the car impacting the roof plate of shaft and the failure of brake.It is concluded that the failure of brake is the direct cause of the accident of the ascending car over running.In daily maintenance,it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of brake to prevent the accident of the ascending car over running.
