基于两表法测量原理的电梯驱动主机功率测量装置 被引量:2

摘要 电梯的平衡系数是电梯日常检验中需要测量的重要参数之一,本文根据团体标准T/CASEI T101-2015《电梯平衡系数快捷检测方法》中的平衡系数检测方法,采用两表法的测量原理,研发了一种测量电梯驱动主机功率的装置,选择电路元件,搭建了硬件系统,编制了软件并烧录,经测试系统运行正常。试验结果表明,该装置能够满足功率测量精度要求。 The balance factor is one of the important parameters of the elevator in daily inspections.According to the fast determination method of elevator balance factor introduced in the group standard which was promulgated by China Association of Special Equipment Inspection,this paper developed a device for measuring the elevator driving machine’s power by using the principle of two-meter measuring method.The circuit components were chose,hardware system built,software compiled and programmed.The system run well during the test process and the results showed that the device can meet the precision requirements of power measurement.
