摘要
文章分析了中国与美国住宅制冷空调能效标准的现状,也提出中国住宅制冷空调能耗标准应该在现有的住宅制冷空调结构限制的前提下,要增加对使用新型环保制冷剂的空调在能效提升幅度区域空间的探讨,增加对空调能效标准与安全测试标准的结合,这些都有助于提高空调的SEER值,有助于提升空调产品出口美国的竞争力。因此了解中国与美国住宅制冷空调能耗标准制定原则,已经非常有必要性。
This paper analyzes the status of energy efficiency standards on residential air conditioners in China and the US. It also proposes that the standards on energy consumption for Chinese residential air conditioners shall increase the scope and space of energy efficiency in new environmental-friendly air conditioners and the integration of energy efficiency standards and safety test standards on the assumption of current residential air conditioner structural limit. All these are conducive to improving SEER value and competition of air conditioners exported to the US. Therefore, it is of great necessity to understand the principles of standards development on residential air conditioners in China and the US.
