留守儿童生存质量、社会支持、家庭教养方式及其相关性研究 被引量:15

Study on quality of life,social support,and family parenting pattern and the correlations for left-behind children

摘要 目的探讨留守儿童与非留守儿童生存质量、社会支持、家庭教养方式的差异及相关性。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法调查绍兴市柯桥区4所学校4~9年级的学生,其中留守儿童401名,非留守儿童527名。问卷主要采用简式父母教养方式量表中文版(s-EMBU-C)、社会支持评定量表SSRS和中文版儿童青少年生存质量自评量表(PedsQL4.0)。结果留守儿童学校表现得分低于非留守儿童(P<0.05)。非留守儿童较留守儿童获取更高的主观支持和总的社会支持。与非留守儿童相比,留守儿童监护人拒绝维度得分较高,情感温暖得分较低。除客观支持和情感功能无相关性外,留守儿童总的生存质量及各维度得分与总的社会支持及各个维度得分、与家庭教养方式中的"拒绝"和"过度保护"均存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论与非留守儿童相比,留守儿童具有较低的生存质量,较少的社会支持和较差的家庭教养方式,良好的社会支持及家庭教养方式有利于提高留守儿童生存质量水平。 Objective To explore the differences and correlations of quality of life,social support,and family parenting pattern between left-behind children and non-left-behind children.Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to survey the students of Grade 4-9 from four schools in Keqiao District of Shaoxing City,401 left-behind children and 527 non-left-behind children were included.s-EMBU-C,SSRS,and PedsQL4.0 were used in this study.Results The score of school performance in left-behind children was statistically significantly lower than that in non-left-behind children(P<0.05).Compared with left-behind children,non-left-behind children obtained higher subjective support and general social support.Compared with non-left-behind children,the score of refusal dimension of the guardians of left-behind children was higher,while the score of emotional warmth was lower.Excluding objective support and emotional function,the total quality of life and score of every dimension were correlated with total social support and score of every dimension,refusal and over protection in the way of family rearing pattern in left-behind children(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with non-leftbehind children,the quality of life in left-behind children is lower,social support and family rearing pattern are lower or weaker.Good social support and family rearing pattern are beneficial to improving the quality of life of left-behind children.
