摘要
针对传统注塑机电气部分采用继电器控制存在的缺陷,提出用PLC和变频器来改造传统的注塑机电气控制系统,可以实现注塑机的自动化控制。并给出了注塑机系统的工作流程图、设计方法以及参考的梯形图。经模拟调试,最终实现控制要求。
To improve the defect of traditional injection molding machine which is mounted relay in the electric part,the paper advancea method of using PLC and Inverter to transform the electric controlling system of injection molding machine,it can realize automatic control of the whole process of injection molding,This article also enumerates the work flow chat of Injection Machine system,the design method reference rapeziform chat, The programme has been completed after it was debuged, then it has been practicality debugged.
