摘要
本文采用可编程控制器(PLC)对全液压式注塑机的传统电路的控制系统进行改造,用PLC作为中央控制器代替了原有的专用控制器和复杂的电子线路,重点对速度和压力进行可变控制,达到控制方便、高可靠性的目标。
Introducing the programmable controller to reform the tradition circuit control system of injecting molding machine of hydraulic pressure. Original special controller and complex electrocircuit is replaced by PLC as the central control unit(CCU).The PLC is applied to control the main craft course of moulding plastics. Emphasized the variable control to temperature and pressure, reach the goal of controlling convenient and high dependability.This system is applied in practice,improving the level of running automatization and reducing system malfunction.
