摘要
PLC以其稳定可靠,在伺服控制系统中得到广泛的应用。在PLC控制的步进电机驱动机械手运动时,如果相邻两路径的速度方向相反,运动中将会产生严重的位置偏差,如何提高控制精度成为控制的重点和难点。本文对运动误差形成的原因进行了分析,并提出了一种轨迹处理的新方法。
PLC for its stable and reliable has been widely used in the servo control system. In the PLC control of stepping motor driven manipulator motion. when the direction of velocity is opposite with two neighboring paths, it will makes serious positional er-ror. How to improve the control precision become the emphasis and difficulty.The detail about the positional error and a new method has been discussed. A new method of track processing is put forward.
