摘要
随着机器视觉的快速发展,LED灯因其环保、使用寿命长、节能等优点被广泛应用于日常照明中。为了设计稳定的、可远程控制的全数字LED照明,该文以52单片机作为控制核心,通过改变流过LED灯的平均电流信号的脉冲宽度即PWM方法来实现LED灯光开关与亮度的调节,然后采用手机蓝牙将命令发送到单片机,远程控制LED灯光。实验测试表明采用手机APP能远程控制灯光亮度的8级调节。该电路使用方便稳定、结构简单、成本低,具有一定的工程应用前景。
With the rapid development of machine vision,LED lamps are widely used in daily lighting because of their environmental protection,long service life and energy saving.In order to design a stable,remotely controllable all-digital LED illumination,it is proposed to use 52 single-chip microcomputer as the control core to adjust the LED light switch and brightness by changing the pulse width of the average current signal flowing through the LED,and then adopt the mobile phone.Bluetooth sends commands to the microcontroller to remotely control the LED lights.Experimental tests have shown that the mobile app can remotely control the 8-level adjustment of the brightness of the light.The circuit has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,convenient and stable use,and has certain engineering application prospects.
