摘要
论述了2种海上生产平台的集散控制系统DCS的主体架构:以海上生产平台为中心的海上管理中心DCS架构;以海上和陆地一体化为更大中心的作业公司为主体的DCS架构。结合现场实际的生产稳定性和系统安全性,详细对比分析了这2种DCS架构;根据当下的通讯和网络安全技术,得出不同的DCS架构模式满足不同海上生产和陆地管理的要求。采用第1种架构新建中心生产平台可节省运行和维护成本;采用第2种架构新建海陆一体作业公司则可以加强海陆一体的数据共享和陆地技术支持,并提高控制系统的网络安全性能。
Two architectures of DCS distributed control system on offshore oil production platforms is discussed:offshore management center DCS architecture centered on offshore production platforms,and the DCS framework for operators with sea and land integration as the larger center. Based on the actual production stability and system security,two different DCS architectures are compared and analyzed in detail. According to the current communication and network security technology,DCS architectures meet the requirements of different offshore production and land management. Using the first architecture can save operation and maintenance costs;the second architecture can build a new land-sea integrated operation company for enhancing data sharing and land technology support,and improve the network security performance of the control system.
