摘要
水下生产系统零级关断测试是在平台设备和水下生产设备均已完成单机测试工作后进行的联合测试,该测试的顺利完成是平台具备投产条件的重要标志,同时也是对水下生产设备的一次整体性功能检验。以番禺34-1气田为依托,参照现行标准,总结并归纳水下生产系统零级关断测试方法,形成标准化成果,便于后续深水项目调试工作参考和借鉴。
The zero-level turn-off test of the underwater production system is a joint test after the platform equipment and the underwater production equipment have completed the single machine test.The successful completion of the test is an important sign that the platform has the conditions for commissioning,and also an integral function test of the underwater production equipment.Relying on Panyu34-1gas field and referring to current standards,zero-level shutdown test methods of underwater production system were summarized,and standardized results were formed,which was convenient for reference and reference for subsequent deepwater project commissioning.
