摘要 针对电能质量数据采集中存在的前端采集装置的性能瓶颈,本文提出一种基于感知压缩的数据采集技术。该技术基于同区域采集数据所具有的时间相关性,利用降低采样率的手段实现采样数据量的减少,在数据采样过程中引入信号幅值检测机制,以保证对冲击脉冲信号的准确重构,并在数据重构算法中充分利用采集数据的空间相关性,采用缩短重构周期的方法,有效提升了数据重构的运算效率。通过实验证明了该模型能够在不同的采样率下均能够实现电能质量数据的采集和准确重构,在低采样率下数据采集的误差率比常用的数据采集模型低约3%。 Aiming at the performance bottleneck of the front-end acquisition device in power quality data acquisition,this paper presents a data acquisition technology based on perceptual compression.Based on the technology with regional data of time correlation.The method of reducing sampling rate is used to reduce the amount of sampling data.In the process of data sampling,the signal amplitude detection mechanism is introduced to ensure the accurate reconstruction of the impulse signal,and the spatial correlation of the collected data is fully utilized in the data reconstruction algorithm.The method of shortening the reconfiguration cycle is adopted to effectively improve the data.The operational efficiency of refactoring.The experimental results show that the model can achieve the acquisition and accurate reconstruction of power quality data at different sampling rates.The error rate of data acquisition is about 3%lower than that of the common data acquisition model at low sampling rate.
