A Study of Personality Education for University Students in Contemporary China

摘要 和谐是统一性主导下的多样性关系,是中国文化的核心价值理念,也是社会主义和谐社会人与社会协同发展的理想目标。解决当代大学生人格教育中存在的问题,应确立以人为本、自主而全面发展的和谐人格教育目标。我国大学生人格教育的基本路径是:寓和谐人格教育于课程思政,形成政治正确而和谐的人格;加强课程体系改革,形成完备的知识结构;重视校园文化和大学生社团建设,形成大学生自我教育的良好氛围;重视大学生心理咨询,解决大学生的心理问题,建立预防大学生极端行为的风险管理机制;重视大学生社会实践的引导,进一步探索适应社会主义市场经济环境的和谐人格的实践路径。 Harmony is a kind of diversified relationship dominated by unity.It is the core concept of Chinese culture and also the ideal goal of coordinating development for man and society in Chinese socialist society.Therefore,to solve the problem of personality education for university students in China,it would be reasonable to set the goal for fostering a human-oriented,self-mastery and well-rounded harmonious personality.The basic guidance on personality education for university students in contemporary China is concluded as below.First,merging personality education into political education to breed a politically correct wholesome personality;Second,to deepen the course structure reform so as to polish the knowledge structure;Third,emphasizing the importance of campus culture and student associations to create a friendly atmosphere for self-education;Fourth,providing student with counseling service to offer timely counseling interventions as an efficient mechanism for extremist acts precautions;Finally,encouraging students to conduct community immersion activities to provide proper assistance,searching and perfecting the methodology of personality education in the context of socialist market economy.
