摘要
随着我国步入老龄化社会,“未富先老”及“老年病”常发、易发,失能、半失能老年人的康复治疗和看护问题困扰着千家万户。宁夏某三甲医院整合现有部分医疗资源,在医院内部设立医养照护机构,通过明确功能定位、确定照护对象、制定服务项目、规范服务行为、探索接续医疗等举措,实践探索了医养照护新模式,满足了老年人多样化、多层次的医养服务需求,取得了良好的社会效益。
As China enters the population ageing age,the problems of rehabilitation treatment and care for the elderly who are not rich and who suffer from diseases of old age are common and easy to occur.A third-class hospital in Ningxia has integrated some of the existing medical resources and set up medical care institutions within the hospital.Through measures such as defining the functions,determining the objects of care,formulating service items,standardizing service behavior,and exploring the continuation of medical care,the new mode of medical care has been explored in practice,which meets the diversified and multi-level needs of the elderly,and has achieved good social benefits.
