摘要
在氰化浸金过程中,为了保证金的浸出率,氰化物浓度必须控制在最佳范围内。为此,研制开发了一套以AT89C52单片机为核心的氰化物在线智能测控系统。它将反流动注射(rFIA)技术与单片机控制系统结合在一起,采用光学分析方法,实现了CN浓度的在线监测和自动调控,同时还具有现场浓度动态显示、报警限设定、与上位机通讯、无纸记录等功能。阐明了该系统的结构组成、工作原理和硬、软件设计思想,以及为提高其可靠性所采取的抗干扰措施。
To make the leaching rate of gold reach its maximum,the concentration of cyanide ion(CN)must be maintained at the optimum conditions in the process of leaching-out gold by cyanidation.For this sake,developed a set of apparatus for measuring and controlling the concentration of CN.The apparatus use the AT89C52 SCM as the core of hardware.It combines the technique of rFIA(reverse flow injection analysis)with the controlling system of SCM,achieving the purpose of monitoring on-line and adjusting accurately the concentration of CN in the expected ranges by analytical approach of optics.The device can also provides with other functions,such as dynamic display of the concentration of CN,setting up alarm limitation,communicating with systemic computer,flash memory,and so on.Introduces systemically the apparatus' structure,principle,disign thoughts of hardware and software,and some anti-jamming methods to improve its reliability.
