摘要
介绍一种新型智能激光散射测浊仪的结构、组成、特点及工作原理。该仪器以He -Ne激光为光源 ,以蠕动泵为输液动力 ,80 98单片机实现自动检测和控制 ,仪器的最小分度达 0 .0 1福马肼浊度单位 ,除可用于水的浊度测定外 ,对水中硫酸根的测定效果理想 ,线性范围 0 .5~ 5 0mg/L ,相对标准偏差小于 2 .32 % .
The paper introduces the structure , characteristics, advantages and principle of the laser turbidimeter. The light source of this intelligent scattering turbidimeter is He-Ne laser, peristaltic pump transports sample solution continuously, 8098 single chip microcomputer monitors the process and analizes data.The minimum graduation is 0.01FTU.It has successfully used in the determination of turbidity and also sulfate ion in water. The turbidity value of solution is linearly relative to the concentration of sulfate ion in the rang of 0.5~50mg/L, R.S.D<2.32%.
