摘要
车轮多边形是列车车轮常见病害之一,威胁列车运行安全。为提高地铁列车在小半径曲线地段的安全运行水平,研究小半径曲线地段车轮多边形对列车安全性的影响。首先,基于多体动力学仿真方法,建立车-轨多体动力学模型;然后,采用脱轨系数和轮重减载率作为评判指标,分析不同波深和阶数作用下列车运行的安全性,并提出各阶车轮多边形对应的波深安全线。结果表明:随着波深的增加,地铁列车安全性指标线性增加;随着阶数的增加,列车安全性指标先增大后减少;当车轮多边形阶数位于6时,车轮安全指标达到最大。
The polygonal wheel is one of the common diseases of train wheels,which threatens the safety of train operation.In order to improve the safety of the subway in the area of curve with small radius,the influence of polygonal wheel in the curve with small radius on the safety of subway was studied.Firstly,based on multi-body dynamics simulation,the vehicle-rail multi-body dynamics model was established.Then,derailment coefficient and rate of wheel load reduction were used as evaluation indexes to analyze train operation safety under the effect of different wave depth and amplitude.And the wave depth safety lines corresponding to wheel polygons of each order were proposed.The results show that with the increase of wave depth,the safety index of subway linearly increases.With the increase of order,the safety index of train increases at first and then decreases.When the order of wheel polygons is 6,the safety index of wheel reaches the maximum.
