摘要
为获取油气井下的关键参数,设计了一套井下智能监测系统。系统以PIC18F67K22作为主控芯片,集成温度、压力、位移、含水率、加速度传感器5种监测模块及电源模块。同时制定通信协议、配置相关参数并采用QT creator开发上位机,搭建了上位机与采集系统之间的完整通信体系,实现了多参数实时采集监测。通过模拟高温高压多参数变化实验、测试环境实时变化曲线,验证了监测系统的实时性、稳定性、准确性,结果表明该系统可满足实际需求,为油气井工具智能化提供了可靠方案。
A downhole intelligent monitoring system was designed to obtain the key parameters of oil and gas wells.The system used PIC18F67K22 as the main control chip and integrated five monitoring modules including temperature,pressure,displacement,water content,acceleration sensor,and power module.At the same time,the communication protocol was formulated,the relevant parameters were configured,and QT creator was used to develop the upper computer,which built a complete communication system between the host computer and the acquisition system,and the real-time multi-parameter acquisition and monitoring was realized.By simulating high temperature and high-pressure multi-parameter change experiments and testing environment real-time change curve,the real-time,stability and accuracy of the monitoring system were verified,and the results indicate that it can meet the actual needs,providing a reliable solution for the intellectualization of oil and gas well tools.
