长庆油田CO_(2)驱气体组分监测系统研发与应用 被引量:1

摘要 国内外试验研究表明,CO_(2)驱在低渗透储层的有效动用和提高单井产量方面效果明显,可在水驱基础上提高采收率5%~15%。在CO_(2)驱提高采收率过程中,随着注入量的增加,油井见气问题突出,油井见气后对油井生产、地面集输系统安全造成较大影响,因此采出井气体组分监测数据对CO_(2)驱油气窜监测、系统安全至关重要。针对目前单机对单个气体组分检测成本高、套气压力变化造成检测误差较大以及一体机检测空间太小、多传感测试稳定性差、容易相互影响等问题,本文按照“一井一机多组分检测”的设计思路,优化装置结构,优选防爆壳体作为检测腔室,并采用气动自动增压装置,稳定套管气压力,研发了一套适合长庆油田CO_(2)驱井口套管气组分自动监测装置,并将数据上传至油区数字化SCADA系统,实现了远程在线监测功能。现场应用结果表明:该装置操作便捷,安全可靠;实现了一机单井四组分自动检测,最大可支持5口井套管气集输、组分数据采集和远传功能,监测误差均在10%以内,满足现场的实际工况需求。该监测系统研发对长庆低渗透油藏CO_(2)驱气窜防治和集输系统安全生产具有重要意义。 Experimental studies at home and abroad have shown that CO2flooding has obvious effects on the effective utilization of low-permeability reservoirs and the increase of single-well production, and can increase the recovery factor by 5%~15% based on water flooding. In the process of increasing recovery of CO2flooding, with the increase of injection volume, the problem of seeing gas in oil wells becomes prominent. After seeing gas from oil wells, it has a greater impact on the safety of oil well production and surface gathering and transportation systems. Therefore, the gas component monitoring data of producing well is very important for the monitoring of oil and gas channeling and system safety of CO2flooding. In view of the current high cost of detecting a single gas component by a single machine, the large detection error caused by the change in gas pressure of the casing, and the small detection space of the all-in-one machine, the poor stability of the multi-sensor test and the easy mutual influence. The design idea of "one well, one machine and multiple components detection", optimize the structure of the device, select the explosion-proof shell as the detection chamber, and adopt a pneumatic automatic booster device to stabilize the gas pressure of the casing, developed a set of casing gas groups suitable for the CO2flooding wellhead of Changqing oilfield automatic monitoring device, and upload the data to the digital SCADA system in the oil area, realizing the remote online monitoring function. Field application results show that the device is easy to operate, safe and reliable. It realizes the automatic detection of four components in a single well of a single machine. It can support up to 5 wells casing gas gathering and transmission, component data collection and remote transmission functions. The monitoring errors are all in within 10%, to meet the actual working conditions on site.
