摘要
目的:分析医院空气层流洁净室启用前空气尘埃粒子的检测结果。方法:新医疗楼中2间百级手术室,6间万级手术室和8间万级分散送风空气层流洁净区域,共计16间空气层流洁净室数据作回顾性分析。结果:16间空气层流洁净室在首次检测中,9间合格,合格率为56.25%。7间不合格房间分别为2间百级手术室(手术室5号和6号)和重症医学科5间洁净室(双人间、病区、治疗室、单人间、负压病房)。对超标洁净室采取加强与相邻房间密闭性和(或)彻底清洁卫生的整改措施后,百级手术室5号和6号手术间的周边区(千级)各采样点≥0.5μm和≥5.0μm的空气粒子数均下降,差异显著(P<0.05);重症医学科病区、双人间、治疗室和负压病房(万级)各采样点≥5.0μm的空气粒子数均下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对重症监护室、手术室等空气层流洁净室进行空气尘埃粒子的监测,对提高空气层流洁净室的空气质量、控制微生物数量和降低医院感染的发生率具有重要的意义。
Objective:To analyse the test results of air dust particles in laminar air flow clean room before enabled.Methods Methods:Datas of air dust particles of 16 air laminar flow clean rooms were analyzed retrospectively, including 2 hundred level rooms, 6 ten thousand level rooms and 8 ten thousand level laminar air flow clean rooms. Results:There are 9 air laminar flow clean rooms qualified in 16 rooms in the first detect and the pass rate was 56.25%. The other 7 unqualified air laminar flow clean rooms included 2hundred level rooms( operating room 5 and 6)and 5 clean rooms in intensive medicine department( two persons rooms、wards、treatment room、single person room、negative pressure ward). After airtight and thorough clean enhancement of super clean room to the neighbor room, the air particles of ≥0.5μm and ≥5.0μm all decreased around the hundred level operating room 5 and 6, the difference was significantly(P<0.05). The air particles of ≥5.0μm all decreased of the intensive medicine department,two persons room, treatment room and negative pressure wards, the difference was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Conclusion:Monitoring of air dust particles for laminar air flow clean rooms such as intensive care unit and operating rooms is very important to improve the air quanlity of laminar air flow clean room and control the microorganism numbers and reduce the rates of hospital infection rates.
