摘要
跨流域调水工程一般都是由许多蓄水、提水、输水等设施组成的复杂系统。为满足这类系统调水过程中多地区、多用户、多供水保证率的要求,建立了以自优化模拟技术为主体、与一般模拟技术相结合的混合模型,这种模型计算速度快、仿真性强、提供决策信息多。本文结合南水北调东线工程优化规划进行研究,成果表明模型是可行和实用的,且能在微机上操作,使用方便。
Generally, Inter-basin water transfer engineering is a complicated system which is formed with many facilities such as storage project and pumping station and transfer canal etc. In order to satisfy different water supply guarantee rates of different users at different localities in transfer engineering, a mixed simulation model, which is composed of self-optimization simulation technique and general simulation technique, is set up. Studying by combining this model with the East-Route Engineering optimization program of South to North water transfers, results demonstrate that the model is feasible and practical and can be used on personal computer conveniently.
