摘要
目的 探讨大肠癌浆膜侵犯螺旋CT征象与MVD及nm2 3 H1表达间的关系。方法 对 4 2例螺旋CT征象上不同浸润深度的大肠癌组织采用SP免疫组化法进行nm2 3 H1表达的检测 ,并计数MVD。结果 在螺旋CT征象上浆膜侵犯有、无组 ,MVD比较有统计学意义 (t’ =- 2 .85 2 ,P =0 .0 0 7) ,两组nm2 3 H1的阳性表达无统计学意义 (χ2 =0 .318,P =0 .710 ) ,nm2 3 H1表达阳性组和阴性组的MVD比较有统计学意义 (t=- 2 .14 9,P =0 .0 38)。结论 血管生成可能在大肠癌浸润生长中起促进作用 ;nm2 3 H1可能是肿瘤血管生成的抑制因子 ;螺旋CT征象上显示癌肿肠周脂肪层有线样、条索状高密度影并不一定提示其具有更高的远处转移倾向。
Objective To study the relation between the expressions of nm23-H 1 as well as MVD and SCT features in colorectal carcinoma with serosa invasion. Methods Relate to the various invasion depth of colorectal carcinoma in SCT features, analysis of the MVD and the expression of nm23-H 1 in 42 cases was obtained by using immunohistochemical streptavidin peroxidase conjugate method. Results In the serosa-invasion group and the non-serosa-invasion group of 42 cases in SCT features, the microvessel densities was a remarkable difference (t'=-2.852, P=0.007) and the positive rates of nm23-H 1 was no remarkable difference (χ2=0.318, P=0.710) between them. The difference of microvessel densities between the nm23-H 1-positive group and the nm23-H 1-negative group was significant (t=-2.149, P=0.038). Conclusion ①Angiogenesis may play a promotive role in the progression of colorectal carcinoma. ②nm23-H 1 is maybe a inhibitory factor in angiogenesis of colorectal carcinoma. ③The SCT features of serosa-invasion which show line and stripe feature in colorectal carcinoma don't indicate the tumor has more tendency in metastasis.
