摘要
提出一种用三电平零电压零电流AC/DC变换器构造的单级三相高功率因数整流电路,该电路能较好解决普通单级Boost三相功率因数校正电路中功率管耐压等级与取得高功率因数之间的矛盾,并能实现功率管的软开关工作状态。主要介绍了电路的工作原理,分析了电路取得高功率因数的条件,并给出电路参数的计算方法,实验证实该方案是可行的。
This paper presents a new single stage of three-phase high-power-factor AC/DC converter, which is composed of a three-phase diode rectifier and three-level ZVS/ZCS DC/DC converter.The proposed converter can mitigate a contradiction between voltage rating of power switches and high-power-factor in the conventional three-phase single-switch DCM boost power-factor correction circuit and provides soft-switching for all power switches.The three-level structure reduces the voltage stress across the power switches to 50% of the bus voltage.For the same condition of input voltage and power switch voltage rating,the proposed converter presents lower harmonic distortion of input current than the conventional three-phase single-switch DCM boost rectifier. The operation principle of the converter circuit and high-power-factor condition are analyzed. The design considerations of circuit parameters are discussed。Finally the feasibility is verified by experimental results.
