基于三电平弧焊电源的二自由度控制系统设计

摘要 在此研究了三电平弧焊逆变电源,设计了零电压PWM复合式全桥三电平逆变器,分析了逆变器输出波形为三电平时IGBT的工作波形,确定了主电路中IGBT、电感、二极管等器件的参数。在给出弧焊电源的PWM变换器、控制对象的数学模型基础之上,建立了弧焊逆变电源系统的数学模型,根据二自由度控制理论设计了该系统的控制器,并用Matlab仿真了二自由度控制系统和常规PI控制系统的跟随性能和抗扰性能,结果表明,所设计的二自由度控制器在阶跃响应、抗干扰性方面都优于PI控制器。 In the paper, three level arc welding power is investigated ,zero voltage combined full bridge three level arc welding inverter is designed, when the out put wave form of the inverter is three level, working wave form of the IGBT is analyzed.In the main circuit, its parameter is acknowledged,for the IGBT and the inductance,the diode etc.Based on these parameters,for the PWM inverter and the control object aspects mathematics mod is gave,the mathematics mode of the system is built.He controller is designed with two degree-of-freedom theory,the two degree-of-freedom control system and the PI control system is simulated in tracking characteristic and interfering with matlab.The former is gave an advantage over the latter in step response and interfering for the two system.
