首先简要介绍了交流电源的电流衰减方式;其次讲述了交流方波TIG焊机的特点、工作原理以及工作波形;最后详细介绍了脉冲TIG焊的主要特征、原理以及焊接时的工艺参数,并例举了不锈钢、钛合金、铝合金焊接时的工艺参数选择范围。
This paper simply introduces the current attenuation method of AC power, and then relates the charaeteristie, work principle and working wave-form of AC square-wave TIG welding machine. Finally it introduces the main characteristic, prineiple and technology, parameters of pulse TIC. welding in detail, and gives such examples as technology parameters of the stainless steel, titanium alley and aluminum alloy welding.
