摘要
对外直接投资已有近半个世纪的历史,而以此形成了对外直接投资理论。对其中几个具有代表性的对外直接投资理论作一回顾,然后综述中国学者的相关研究成果,并在此基础上简述对外直接投资理论对中国"走出去"战略的指导意义。
The FDI has a history of near 50 years, and formed some theories on it. Based on the retrospect to some famous FDI theories, and combined with some findings of Chinese scholars, the article emphasizes the importance of FDI to China's 'walk out' strategy.
