摘要
为了解释近二三十年来发展中国家和地区对外直接投资逐渐增加的现象,对小规模技术理论、投资发展周期理论、技术本地化理论等理论进行了述评,这些理论从多方面、多角度分析了关于发展中国家和地区对外直接投资的现象,较好的解释了许多现实,但仍有需要进一步完善之处。
To explain cearly the phenomena of the increase in foreign investment in this two decades in developing countries and regions,the author gives some comment on the theory of small-scakle technology, periodical investment, development and localized technology.Though these theories have given us some explanation on the realistic phenomena from different angles and aspects, there is still some room to be inproved.
