摘要 简要叙述了流离倾斜斜板的层膜上的单个液滴的基本聚结原理。着重介绍重力沉降器的设计方法 ,并指出在设计过程中可能出现的错误。 Inclined plates are often installed as mechanical aids in gravity settler for the separation of liquid-liquid system. The authors briefly describe the fundamental principle of coalescence of single drop on trickling film flowing off inclined plates. In the meantime, the authors emphatically expatiate the design measures of gravity settlers and point out the possible errors during the design. Finally they successfully use the design in large-scale industrial operations. Therefore, the design of the settlers is of great importance for industrial operations.
