摘要
建立了单相层流流动的理论模型,并结合最小截断直径的方法推导出最小理论板长的计算方法,并根据该方法对分散相液滴在斜板间连续相中的运动轨迹以及形成稳定层膜厚度的最小理论板长进行了数值模拟。通过与实验结果比较验证了该理论模型的正确性。
The thesis derived the single phase stratified flow model and combined the model with the method of the minimum cut-off diameter of drops to compute the minimum theoretical plate length, in the meantime, found the computed method . The motional locus of the dispersed phase drops in the continued phase liquid between the inclined plates and simulate the minimum length forming steady tricking film thickness was described. A comparison with experimental results confirms that the drop motion is well reproduced.
