摘要
对La_2O_3添加剂增韧MoSi_2材料的低温氧化(400~600℃)行为进行了研究。结果表明,材料低温氧化时,于晶界面积增加和La_2O_3的加入,轻微降低了MoSi_2的抗氧化性,但表面仍形成了致密的SiO_2保护膜,阻碍了低温氧化的一步进行,使材料未发生“PEST”现象。
The oxidation behavior of MoSi2 doped with lanthanum was investigated under low temperature (400-600℃). The results showed that oxidation resistance of MoSi2 was decreased slightly due to an increase in area of grain boundary and addition of lanthanum. The accelerated oxidation and PEST event did not occur in the course of low temperature oxidation because of the formation of a dense protective SiO2 layer.
