增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清及玻璃体中胰岛素样生长因子-1及表皮生长因子含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变 (PDR)中胰岛素样生长因子 - 1 (IGF - 1 )和表皮生长因子 (EGF)的变化。方法 :2 0例PDR伴不同程度增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (proliferativevitreoretinopathy ,PVR)的患者为观察组 ,2 0例健康人及无眼病的尸体眼 1 0眼为对照 ,用放射免疫方法检测观察组和对照组血清及玻璃体切割物中IGF - 1及EGF的含量。结果 :PDR患者血清及玻璃体切割物中IGF - 1及EGF的含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;观察组玻璃体与血清中IGF - 1及EGF含量差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :PDR患者血清及玻璃体切割物中高表达IGF - 1及EGF ,IGF - Aim: To investigate the levels of IGF-1 and EGF in serum and vitrectomy specimens of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods: The serum and vitrectomy specimens of 20 cases of proliferative diabetic retinopathy complicated with different extents of proliferative vitreoretinophy (PVR) and the serum of 20 cases of health people was collected. Ten cases of vitrectomy specimens were collected as normal control group. The levels of IGF-1 and EGF in serum and vitrectomy specimens were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The levels of IGF-1 and EGF in serum and vitrectomy specimens were higher than those of normal control group ( P <0.01). The levels of IGF-1 and EGF in vitrectomy specimens and serum had no statistical significance ( P >0.05). Conclusion: IGF-1 and EGF highly express in serum and vitrectomy specimens of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. IGF-1 and EGF may play an important role in the genesis and development of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
