摘要
介绍了微段渐开线齿轮齿廓形成过程 ,通过坐标变换的方法建立了微段渐开线齿条 /齿轮齿廓的直角坐标方程 ,对研究这种新型齿廓起着重要的作用 ;建立了微段渐开线齿条和齿轮的齿廓直角坐标方程 ,就可通过计算机手段进行虚拟设计 ,从而进一步研究影响微段渐开线齿廓的参数的变化规律及优化设计、啮合特性、用有限元方法将其与渐开线齿轮进行强度方面比较。
The article introduces the forming theory of mi cro-segment profile and deduces its equations of rack & gear profile in the Cartesian coordinate system detailedly via coordinate conversion.These equations play a key role on the fol lowing research work,such as its parametric selection,optimal design,virtual des ign,inflexion strength comparing with involute gear through finite element motho d,simulation of machining methods and finally the cut-tooling design.
