摘要
LogiX齿轮齿形是由许多微段渐开线组成的一种异型功能齿廓 ,比常规标准渐开线齿轮具有诸多的优越性。本文通过有限元分析与计算 ,表明了LogiX齿轮的弯曲强度明显优于常规标准渐开线齿轮。同时 ,通过实际的啮合传动噪声测试实验 ,证明了LogiX齿轮传动的噪声等啮合性能指标也优于常规渐开线齿轮。丰富新型齿廓理论 ,对今后推广应用新型LogiX齿轮奠定了理论和实践基础。
The LogiX gear tooth profile is constructed by lots of segments minute involute curves, and its performances are more better than those of a standard involute gear. The contact strength and bending stregth of the new type of gear are analyzed in this paper. The FEA(Finite Element Analysis)results show the better performances of LogiX gear than standard gear. Practical experiments have been done for LogiX gear transmission,and the results showed that transmission performances of the LogiX gear are indeed more better than those of ordinary involute gear. This study has great importance for the wide application of LogiX gear.
